Global silicon wafer shipments are estimated to increase 2.4% annually this year and will continue in 2021

 Today, SMG (Silicon Product Manufacturers Organization) under SEMI (International Semiconductor Industry Association) announced that the global silicon wafer shipment area in the third quarter reached 3.135 billion square inches (million square inches), a quarterly decrease of 0.5% and an annual increase. 6.9%; SEMI predicts that global silicon wafer shipments this year are estimated to increase by 2.4% annually. This force will continue in 2021 and reach a record high in 2022.

From the perspective of Global Crystal's revenue, September reached 5.097 billion yuan, a monthly increase of 11.87% and an annual increase of 0.93%, writing a new 15-month high. It is also the first single-month revenue growth this year compared to the same period last year, driving the first three quarters of revenue. The annual reduction continued to converge, reaching 7.55%.
