According to the latest research from TrendForce, the OLED monitor market entered its seasonal off-season in Q1 2026; meanwhile, large-scale promotions in Q4 2025 had already drawn on some demand.
Therefore, global OLED monitor shipments declined 11% quarter-on-quarter in Q1 2026, but surged 78% year-on-year.
The core driver of this growth is the continued expansion of QD-OLED panel supply: new entrants have been able to ramp up production, effectively filling market gaps.
Market Share (Q1 2026)
ASUS: 24%, firmly in first place
Leveraging its complete OLED product line, ASUS launched a 34-inch 360Hz ultra-high frequency gaming monitor in Q1 and expanded its 16-inch portable OLED monitor offerings, consolidating its leading position.
Samsung: 16.4%, Second Place
With its own QD-OLED panel resources and years of experience in high-end displays, Samsung maintained high growth even in the off-season; its exclusive models, such as the 27-inch QHD 180Hz model, continued to sell well.
MSI: 12.2%, Third Place
Slightly ahead of AOC/Philips, with stable shipments of its 31.5-inch models; in the first quarter, it added a 27-inch UHD commercial screen and a 34-inch 360Hz gaming screen, focusing on both commercial and high-end gaming markets.
AOC/Philips: 12.1%, Fourth Place
Focusing on the 27-inch QHD main market, it relied on low-priced entry-level models to boost sales volume, closely following MSI in market share, becoming the strongest challenger.
LG Electronics (LGE): 9.1%, fifth place
Launched a 39-inch WUHD 165Hz OLED ultrawide screen in Q1; ultrawide screen products accounted for 40% of its shipments, and are expected to rise to 45% in Q2
